    Try to watch programmes that contain English subtitles e.g. news channels or some Urdu English videos on YouTube.
    If you are shy speaking Urdu start off by sending text messages or emails in Urdu.
    Do not feel ashamed when you make mistakes or hesitate speaking Urdu.
    Visit your local library to see if they have Urdu English books which will help you to increase your vocabulary.
    It is better to learn Urdu by speaking with a native speaker of that language, so try to hire a tutor if you can.
    We try to make our lessons easy as possible to learn Urdu and also fun to use, as it will help you to learn faster.
    Also purchase an Urdu English dictionary to help you with words. It is a good idea to try to learn 5-10 new words everyday.

Q. Can this website be used for learning English and Urdu?
A. Yes, this website can be used for both Urdu to English learning and also English to Urdu learning.
    At the moment however it is more useful for Urdu speakers who want to learn English.
    The website can be used for Urdu learning as long as the English speaker knows very basic Urdu.
    We have plans to introduce many new features as well as audio.
    This should help English speakers to learn Urdu as well as Urdu speakers to learn English.
